One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Allan Cherry was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Daniel Wikberg wanted a little to much in the start and Calming Lion galoped for 50 m.




Judging Thrasher saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Calming Lion took the lead after 1000m. Happy Thinking didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Calming Lion took the lead after 1000m. Handy Muscle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Handy Muscle galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Calming Lion didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
