One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Devine News found a gap and took the lead. Caramel followed before Goofy Closet.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Devine News clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Caramel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Caramel didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Caramel kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Devine News won the race after a spectacular finish.
