The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rumbling Boulder sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Flying Dribbler suddenly started to galop. Björn Goop had to struggle to get Flying Dribbler to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flying Dribbler sprinted to the front.




Rumbling Boulder looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Parkas couldn't come out from behind the leader, Flying Dribbler. Empress Brodda showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Rumbling Boulder accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Parkas litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Parkas didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
