It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Madness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Running
Jewel started to galop and lost 20 m.
Croire Dans Sort quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of
Windy Sky who started to galop and lost 10 m.
Toronto Maiden took the lead after 1000m.

Madness didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Sunshine galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Sunshine was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.

Redser Sun galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Redser Sun galop.
