One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Comfortable Missile tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Hobby that came steaming ahead.




Hobby was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Hobby was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Comfortable Missile looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Hobby was first on the homestretch followed by Comfortable Missile and Gaillarde.






Gaillarde won the race after a spectacular finish.
