One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bataille could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Bataille was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Iaintasaint who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Manstein Larockma looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Opposing Temptress couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bataille.




Bataille was still in the lead after 1500m.




Manstein Larockma put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Adventurous Rock gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Spontané suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Manstein Larockma won. Spontané came in second. Bataille caught third place.
