The sun was shining on Bodø and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Allan Cherry found a gap and took the lead. Mimoun followed before Blu Cielo.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Mimoun looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Blu Cielo couldn't come out from behind the leader, Allan Cherry.
