It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Satellite found a gap and took the lead. Gentleman Frenzy followed before Running Amazon. When the startcar left the field Close Stereo started to galop and lost 20 m.




Frozen Satellite was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Hagenbush showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Foamy Worker looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Vegas Queen couldn't come out from behind the leader, Frozen Satellite.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frozen Satellite followed by Vegas Queen and Running Amazon. Lane two Gentleman Frenzy followed by Foamy Worker and Vaporizer.



With only a little left of the race Running Amazon galoped for 30 m. Frozen Satellite were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Frozen Satellite kept the speed the whole finish and won before Vegas Queen and Gentleman Frenzy.
