One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Shooting Devil was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Diamond Rebel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Muscle Rebel took the lead after 1000m. Exposure Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Muscle Rebel followed by Crewmember and Shooting Devil. Lane two Carlos Hyde followed by Albert Stubbins Justice and Exposure Cherry.

Muscle Rebel kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Carlos Hyde was first on the homestretch followed by Muscle Rebel and Albert Stubbins Justice.

Carlos Hyde kept the speed the whole finish and won before Muscle Rebel and Crewmember.
