One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Beautiful Amazon was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Carlos Summit quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Ban started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Front Bear who started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Cute Duchess took the lead rather easily. Sneaky Asteroid was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Carlos Summit looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Beautiful Amazon speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Sneaky Asteroid galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Ferocious Opal sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
