One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Butternut tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Angelien Olympicon that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Fred started to galop and lost 10 m.

Mr Taboca quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Big A was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Angelien Olympicon sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Angelien Olympicon was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Angelien Olympicon followed by Mr Taboca and Powerful Box. Lane two Butternut followed by Corner and Forceful Arraow.

Angelien Olympicon didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Angelien Olympicon sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
