One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Angel found a gap and took the lead. Singing Godiva followed before Gold Burning Angel.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Jolly Venus suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Jolly Venus kept the speed the whole finish and won before Singing Godiva and Fast Angel.
