It had been raining for several days at Skellefteå but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Snowy Piece tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Höchst that came steaming ahead.




Punching Scout saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Per Favore took the lead after 1000m. Ugolin didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Running Satellite was disturbed and galoped 40 m.
