One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sleepy Meadow sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Sleepy Meadow was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Graziana started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Cosmic Doll galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Sleepy Meadow was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Sleepy Meadow was still in the lead after 1500m.



Sleepy Meadow looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sunday Flower won the race after a spectacular finish.
