One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Amarone could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Carlos Amarone was in fine shape and held the lead. Carlos Amarone started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Carlos Amarone was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Flower Red gallopped for 20 m.



Café Au Lait was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Carlos Amarone kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Carlos Amarone. Perrot came in second. Aurélie became third.
