The sun was shining on Oviken and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Kick In The Eye could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Young Buck quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Kick In The Eye took the lead after 1000m. Jago didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Kick In The Eye today. It continued in the lead.

Kick In The Eye looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Kick In The Eye. Young Buck came in second. Jago became third.
