The sun was shining on Visby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Knightly Flower took the lead after a very quick start.




After Burner saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Active Folder sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Active Folder galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Active Folder followed by After Burner and Knightly Flower. Lane two Modric followed by Jumping Rock and Old Ship.




Modric took the lead.



Modric sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Modric didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
