One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Duquesne Whistle tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Movement Mind that came steaming ahead.

Movement Mind was in fine shape and held the lead.

Scum Destroyer took the lead after 1000m. Movement Mind didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Scum Destroyer today. It continued in the lead.

Scum Destroyer was still in the lead after 2000m.

Scum Destroyer sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Duquesne Whistle won. Scum Destroyer came in second. Movement Mind caught third place.
