The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lagavulins Demon found a gap and took the lead. Hard Fist followed before Transvestite.




Jagga Going quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Transvestite who started to galop and lost 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Jumping Scope who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Jagga Going clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Lagavulins Demon galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jagga Going followed by Tripping Raspberry and Hard Fist. Lane two Flower Ring followed by Giuly and Screaming Beard.



Jagga Going looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Lagavulins Demon was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Tripping Raspberry won. Giuly came in second. Hard Fist caught third place.
