One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Fiftythird State took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mighty Cyclone sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Comfortable Action who started to galop and lost 50 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Powerful Power took the lead rather easily. Powerful Devil galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Powerful Power was still in the lead after 1500m.




Songline suddenly took over the lead.




Songline was safely in the lead after 2500m.



Encore litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Songline won the race after a spectacular finish.
