One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Eternal Viper was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Spontané sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Criminal Balders Balle took the lead rather easily.




Spontané looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Confident Comet gallopped for 10 m.



Spontané sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Criminal Balders Balle never caught up with Spontané who won. Eternal Viper came third.
