Lizarazu Pegasos tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Drooling Scope that came steaming ahead. driver couldn't keep Breaking Witch to trotting so they were disqualified. Drooling Scope was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Clever Comet who started to galop and lost 20 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Lizarazu Pegasos looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Lizarazu Pegasos didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Drooling Scope gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Lizarazu Pegasos sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Drooling Scope won. Lizarazu Pegasos came in second. Clever Comet caught third place. Results
