The weather had been good all week and Leangen was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mr Taboca sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Crucifix saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Networq galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Mr Taboca galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Winner of todays race was Crucifix. Networq came in second. Mr Taboca became third.
