One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Neon Diamond. Abbedissan ended up behind the leader. Le Tonnerre got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Abbedissan quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Rocking Fist showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Pointing Sunset sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Pointing Sunset followed by Abbedissan and Drive Slow. Lane two Neon Diamond followed by Le Tonnerre and Comfortable Legend. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Heartless Hero gallopped for 40 m.




Pointing Sunset didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
