One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tranquil Ring tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to White Flag that came steaming ahead.




Carmecita saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Dancing Garden took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dancing Garden followed by Tranquil Ring and Carmecita. Lane two White Flag followed by Devine Flower and The Face.



Dancing Garden was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Devine Flower litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Carmecita made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Tranquil Ring.
