The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Mantorp this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Yellow Lemontree. Electric Bouquet ended up behind the leader. Cute Dream got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Cute Dream quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Cute Dream today. It continued in the lead. Rocking Universe was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Cute Dream were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Örjan Kihlström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Cute Dream started to galopp and lost 40 m. Yellow Lemontree sprinted over the finishline before Electric Bouquet and Rocking Universe. Results
