One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spearhead Rebel tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Heavy Devil that came steaming ahead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Trembling Thought sprinted to the front.

Trembling Thought clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Pansartaxen looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Pansartaxen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Heavy Devil, 2 Pansartaxen, 3 Spearhead Rebel.
