One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Toon Vrijster could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Toon Vrijster was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Ace Of Silverheart who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Toon Vrijster kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Holy Cheesus made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Toon Vrijster.
