The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Skellefteå today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Gentleman Band. Texas Blind Snake ended up behind the leader. Polished Bomb got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Texas Blind Snake, Gentleman Band, Advanced Platinum, Gendarme, Singing Rocket, Polished Bomb, Jarramas, Light Rocket.




Advanced Platinum sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Texas Blind Snake accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Gendarme started to gallop after 1500m and Torbjörn Jansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Gendarme galoped for 30 m. Texas Blind Snake kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Sneaky Work was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Winner of todays race was Texas Blind Snake. Gentleman Band came in second. Polished Bomb became third.
