The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Rättvik today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ugolin tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Purple Ring that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Punching Bandwith, Fransen, Insane Raspberry, Jewel Payer, Ugolin, Le Chacal, Purple Ring, .




Insane Raspberry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Punching Bandwith looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Fransen galoped for 30 m. Punching Bandwith sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Jewel Payer showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Fransen galop. Fransen lost 10 m.




Purple Ring won. Insane Raspberry came in second. Punching Bandwith caught third place.
