The sun was shining on Gävle and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Skipping Moonlight sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Skipping Moonlight was in fine shape and held the lead.




Glorious Madame took the lead after 1000m. Skipping Moonlight didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Glorious Velvet took the lead after 1000m. Glorious Madame didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






Winner of todays race was Glorious Velvet. Skipping Moonlight came in second. Glorious Madame became third.
