Start List
It had been raining for several days at Haapajärvi but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Walking Movement took the lead after a very quick start. Walking Movement suddenly started to galop. Markku Nieminen had to struggle to get Walking Movement to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Tender Satellite quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Electric Wind sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Slippery Man saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Walking Movement speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Fierceful Ship won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
