One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gorgeous Sparkle found a gap and took the lead. King Lightning followed before Screaming Paradigm. When the startcar left the field King Lightning started to galop and lost 50 m.




King Lightning quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

King Lightning looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






King Lightning didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
