The sun was shining on Östersund today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hoping Bear tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to License To Lick that came steaming ahead. Screamer was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Briano who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Trial By Jury was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Trial By Jury followed by Hoping Bear and Briano. Lane two License To Lick followed by Lauréat and Portable Box.
