The sun was shining on Vieremä and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Intelligent Lion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Serious Impact that came steaming ahead.




Intelligent Lion quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Serious Impact took the lead after 1000m. Intelligent Lion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



Seductive Work showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Intelligent Lion took the lead after 1000m. Serious Impact didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






Tender Force made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Intelligent Lion.
