One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pretty Meadow tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ticking Bouquet that came steaming ahead. Pretty Meadow was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. Glowing Pie suddenly started to galop. Thor Borg had to struggle to get Glowing Pie to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Glowing Pie, Rownd Y Stumog, Vieux Guerrier, Charmed Midnight, Ticking Bouquet, Maximum Speed, Pretty Meadow, Powerful Bandwagon. Påarps Drottning was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Ticking Bouquet took the lead after 1000m. Rownd Y Stumog didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Pretty Meadow was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Ticking Bouquet was still in the lead after 1500m.




Ticking Bouquet didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Maximum Speed was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Glowing Pie was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Påarps Drottning galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Rownd Y Stumog was first on the homestretch followed by Ticking Bouquet and Charmed Midnight.






Vieux Guerrier sprinted over the finishline before Glowing Pie and Rownd Y Stumog.
