One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Thicker Than Water sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Thicker Than Water started to galop and lost 20 m. Roger Malmqvist wanted a little to much in the start and Rivages En Saphir galoped for 40 m. driver couldn't keep Sneaking Dancer to trotting so they were disqualified.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sleepy Starshine sprinted to the front.

The leader got disturbed by something and Fly Me took the lead rather easily.

Anna Karina looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Thicker Than Water put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Sleepy Starshine was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Fly Me speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Fly Me. Glorious Meadow came in second. Sad Necklace became third.
