The sun was shining on Mantorp today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Box was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Ginger Star suddenly started to galop. Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get Ginger Star to tror again and succeded after 10 m. When the startcar left the field Falling Bouquet started to galop and lost 30 m. Sowing Pixie was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Sowing Necklace quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Ginger Star looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Falling Gal couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sowing Necklace.



Falling Gal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rolling Pie couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sowing Necklace.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Falling Bouquet galop. Falling Bouquet lost 20 m.




Sowing Necklace didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
