It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Helpful Star tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Don't Feed Please that came steaming ahead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Experienced Power sprinted to the front. Don't Feed Please took the lead after 1000m. Helpful Star didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Windy Ways suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Don't Feed Please followed by Bold Grove and Windy Ways. Lane two Helpful Star followed by Experienced Power and . Bold Grove speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Bold Grove didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
