One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bambino could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Gold Crystal was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Gold Crystal sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Gold Crystal was still in the lead after 1500m.



Gold Crystal were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Gold Crystal didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
