The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kalmar this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Thenardier took the lead after a very quick start.




Adventurous Thrasher saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Thenardier looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Blue Technology couldn't come out from behind the leader, Adventurous Thrasher. Flower Cupcake galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Adventurous Thrasher was still in the lead after 1500m.




Adventurous Thrasher didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Golden Sunset galoped for 20 m. Adventurous Thrasher sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Klaus Kern tried a little too much on the homestretch and Golden Sunset started to galopp and lost 10 m.




No-one could catch Adventurous Thrasher today who won before Onkel Brum and Blue Technology.
