The sun was shining on Årjäng today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Pacable S.K.. Close Sound ended up behind the leader. Bugmom got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Per Ludvig Nilsen wanted a little to much in the start and Good Looking Frenzy galoped for 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Close Sound followed by Bugmom and Cuyahoga Valley. Lane two Pacable S.K. followed by Good Looking Frenzy and Troubling Brightness.



Close Sound were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Good Looking Frenzy galoped for 60m and was disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Prince Coverage galop. Prince Coverage lost 50 m.




Close Sound didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
