The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sweet Thunder was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Golden Venus quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Opposing Nugget started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Bright Venus sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Brave Star suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Sweet Thunder saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Sweet Thunder were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Kaj Widell tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bright Venus started to galopp and lost 30 m. Sneaky Legend was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Arctic Beat never caught up with Sweet Thunder who won. Prima Breath came third.
