One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pinstripe´s Brandy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Glory Captain sprinted to the front.




Glory Captain clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Glory Captain was still in the lead after 1500m. Geweest Hiernaartoe started to gallop after 1500m and Torbjörn Jansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Glory Captain were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Le Poignard galop. Le Poignard lost 10 m.




Geweest Hiernaartoe won the race after a spectacular finish.
