One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stepping Cake sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Fever Pitch was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Stepping Cake was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Only Oppurtunities who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Gentleman Cruiser looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sound Of Victory couldn't come out from behind the leader, Stepping Cake. Roman Empire galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Stepping Cake followed by Sound Of Victory and Sad Plan. Lane two Gentleman Cruiser followed by Only Oppurtunities and Down The River. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 30 m. Full Access started to gallop after 1500m and Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Stepping Cake looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Gentleman Cruiser sprinted over the finishline before Stepping Cake and Only Oppurtunities.
