The weather had been good all week and Färjestad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whispering Heat tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Just Agent that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Moving Admiral, Heavenly Sugar, Singing Mistress, Just Agent, Mad News, Whispering Heat, Flickering Ring, .




Singing Mistress took the lead after 1000m. Just Agent didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Singing Mistress today. It continued in the lead. Moving Admiral galloped for 10 m.




Just Agent took the lead.



Flickering Ring suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Singing Mistress won the race after a spectacular finish.
