One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sous-marin tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Brave Pony that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Black No.1, Brave Pony, Mariner Two, échappé, Backstabbing Girl, Sous-marin, Judging Behemoth, Clever Hero.




Black No.1 was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




échappé looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




échappé sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



échappé were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Judging Behemoth galop. Judging Behemoth lost 20 m.




Brave Pony never caught up with échappé who won. Sous-marin came third.
