The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lieksa this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Admiral Printer. Useless Emancipation ended up behind the leader. Sim Can E C got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Useless Meltdown quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Useless Meltdown followed by Useless Emancipation and Admiral Printer. Lane two Quilly Du Marais followed by Sim Can E C and Popular Pop. Diabolic And Useless galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Useless Meltdown looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Eburhard sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
