One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Diamond General sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Denaro Percorso sprinted to the front.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Diamond General today. It continued in the lead.




Diamond General was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Reason galoped for 30 m. Diamond General kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Diamond General galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Per-Åke Holmsten tried a little too much on the homestretch and Reason started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Race Me won the race after a spectacular finish.
