The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Power Stone. Sneak Up Aaron ended up behind the leader. Silver Sparrow got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Focused Wave looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Power Stone couldn't come out from behind the leader, Solid Energy.




Solid Energy was still in the lead after 1500m.



Dancing Beauty was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Solid Energy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Silver Sparrow didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
